Wonderful Hotel Experience

My daughter and her friend received a happy birthday note and treats in the room upon arrival. It was a nice touch. The staff were very good, our stay was perfect. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, are amazing. The hotel location is ideal for traveling. It is close to town.
The pillows provided were lumpy. They need replacement to improve comfort.

The triple room featured comfortable beds and nice lighting. It provided ample space for our family. Tea and coffee facilities were available. I found them very convenient for a quick refreshment. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the room. I appreciated this detail.

The room was very spacious.
The noise insulation was awful. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. There was also a LOT of noise from the rooms next to mine. It made resting VERY difficult for me.

The staff proved lovely throughout my stay. the rooms were indeed super clean, showing great attention to detail. the hotel's location offers easy access to transportation. A bus stop is only a short walk away. from there, direct routes into the city are available.
honestly, the pool policy requiring swimming caps was a bit unexpected. i didn't have one, so i missed out on using the pool. it would be good to know this beforehand.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had many freshly cooked options. The room was very spacious, a great bonus. I also liked that the hotel is a short walk to a shop. This provided convenience for snacks.
The hotel could use more designated parking , the parking was busy.
